Have made this Cherry Cheese Cake for many years. Make it every Christmas. My family has always looked forward to this dessert. So much so, that I make one cheesecake for each one of my grown children to take home with them every Christmas.

Ingredients For cherry cheese cake

  • 1 can
    eagle brand milk (condensed)
  • 1 can
    cherry pie filling (only use 1/2 of can for pie)
  • 8 0z. pkg
    8 0z phildephia cream cheese
  • 1
    keebler graham pie crust
  • 1/3 c
    real lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla flavoring

How To Make cherry cheese cake

    First take cream cheese from refrigerator and let set for a couple of hours to get to room temperature.

    In large bowl mix cream cheese, Eagle brand milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix till most all the lumps are out of the cream cheese. Hint: It helps to break up the cream cheese with a spoon before mixing.

    Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Put in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Till set.

    After pie has set put 1/2 of the can of the Cherry pie filling on top and put back into the refrigerator till ready to serve. Quick and easy dessert and it is delicious!
