This is a lower fat version of a pie my aunt used to make. Even though it's lower in calories and fat, it is gooey and oh so yummy!

    8 oz pkgs fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    4 oz pkg sugar free, instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 c
    fat free plain yogurt, i used greek yogurt
  • 1 c
    fat free milk
  • 1
    9" reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    sugar free caramel sundae topping, like smuckers

How To Make caramel cheesecake pie w/ pecans

    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in pudding mix, yogurt, milk and vanilla.

    Spread into crust. Cover, refrigerate 4 hrs. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ pecans.
