cake mix apple-blueberry crunch

I had a can of apple filling and wasn't sure what to make, so I decided to add blueberries and make a crunch. I used cake mix and it came out wonderful.

    21 oz can apple pie filling
  • 14 oz
    frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make cake mix apple-blueberry crunch

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Spread apple pie filling in bottom of pan.

    In bowl, mix together blueberries and sugar. Spoon over apples. In bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites.

    Spread cake mix over fruit. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Bake 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
