buttercream frosting
This is the most amazing butter cream frosting I have ever, and I mean ever had! I happened across this while searching online for recipe's. The title was "Jodi's best butter cream frosting recipe" And whoever Ms. Jodi is-she/he is 100% right! & very easy to make. You can also substitute the vanilla for Almond flavor-again-amazing! So many times when I make frosting for a cake or cupcakes, there is never enough frosting, this batch makes alot! If you are only make cupcakes using cake mix (ex. Betty Crocker) then I would suggest cutting the recipe in half. ENJOY! PS, wonderful on brownies!
