Ingredients For butter rum cake

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    rum
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    oil

How To Make butter rum cake

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients, except pecans, for 4 minutes. arrange pecans on bottom of greased baking pan. pour in batter and bake one hour. remove from oven and pierce top thoroughly with a toothpick. Immediately pour glaze over top. cool completely before removing cake from pan. serve
