1/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cfresh blueberries

2/3 cmilk

1/3 clight corn syrup

1 tspvanilla

1 call-purpose flour

1/4 ccornstarch

1 1/2 tspbaking powder
How To Make blueberry upside-down cake

1Grease an 8" baking pan. Mix 2 tablespoons corn syrup, brown sugar, and lemon juice in the pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top of mixture.

2Mix sugar and milk in a bowl. Add egg, remaining corn syrup, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, mix until smooth.

3Spoon over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Do not over bake. Serve pieces up-side down on dessert plates. Top with blueberry sauce and whipped topping or ice cream.
