Ingredients For blueberry pound cake

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 box
    (smallest box) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 box
    vanilla cake mix
  • 1/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 5
    large eggs
  • 2 c
    blueberries

How To Make blueberry pound cake

    Mix all wet ingredients and brown sugar.

    In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.(Except Blueberries)

    Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture while beating. After batter is well mixed , fold in blueberries carefully. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan or loaf pan and bake in 350* pre-heated oven for 35-40 mins. Keep checking at the 30 min mark using a toothpick. let cool for 30 mins before turning out of pan and I use a simple glaze and drizzle over the top after I turn it out of the pan. Sometimes I frost it with a cream cheese frosting and put scatter blueberries and pecans all over it! Enjoy :)
