Don't remember where I got this recipe from, but there is a drink called the Black Russian and this cake takes after it. It is moist and very tasty. Always get compliments when I serve it. And it is so so easy to make.

Ingredients For black russian cake

1 boxyellow cake mix with pudding

1 boxsmall box instant chocolate pudding

1 csalad oil
-
4eggs
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 ckahlua
-
1/4 cvodka
How To Make black russian cake

1Preheat oven to 325 and use a tube pan greased and floured. (I use a bundt pan)

2Mix all ingredients on low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes

3Bake for 50 minutes (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean); COOL in pan 25 minutes.

4GLAZE (optional) 1 cup powdered sugar 3 TBS Kahlua Mix together (if too dry, add more Kahlua a little at a time) and drizzle over cooled cake
