Ingredients For banana rum fudge cake

  • CAKE
  • 1 pkg
    dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c
    mashed bananas (2-3 med)
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    rum
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • FROSTING
  • 1 sm
    box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 c
    cold milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    rum
  • 8oz
    frozen whipped topping, thawed

How To Make banana rum fudge cake

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9X13 inch pan.

    In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely

    Frosting: In large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and rum; beat on medium speed until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Stored covered in refrigerator.
