1 pkg(18 ounce) butter recipe cake mix

4eggs

1 cmashed ripe bananas

3/4 coil

1/2 csugar

1/4 cmilk

1 tspvanilla

1/2 cchopped pecans
- FROSTING

1 cpecans, coarsely chopped

1/4 cbutter

1 can(16 ounce) chocolate frosting
How To Make banana pecan cake

1Combine cake mix, eggs, bananas, oil, sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

3Bake at 350 degrees in 2 9 inch greased and floured layer pans for 33-38 minutes.

4While cake is baking, place 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans and butter in skillet. Cook on medium heat, stirring until pecans are toasted. Stir into frosting. Cool; frost cake.
