1/2 tspbaking powder

- FROSTING

6 Tbspunsalted butter
-
3/4 cnutella
-
2-1/2 to 3 csifted powdered sugar

2 to 4 Tbspheavy cream
How To Make banana cake with nutella frosting

1Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in buttermilk. Add mashed bananas alternately with dry ingredients. Beat until batter is smooth.

2Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can also use a 9 X 13 inch pan. Cool for 10 minutes in pan and then turn out onto a cooling rack. Cool completely before frosting.

3FROSTING: In a stand mixer beat butter and Nutella on medium, about 1 minute. Add in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Mixture will appear crumbly. Add in 2 tbsp. cream and continue beating on medium-high speed for about 3 minutes. Add additional tbsps. of cream until the frosting reaches a soft spreadable consistency. I used 4 tbsp. in total.
