Here's a great recipe for zucchini cookies.People always ask for the recipe whenever I make these. I got this recipe from my friend Denise who got it from her mom. The recipe is written on a paper plate, so we had to copy the paper plate to pass it on!

Ingredients For zucchini drop cookies

  • 1 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter or shortening
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make zucchini drop cookies

  • 1
    Mix together butter (or Crisco) and sugar, add egg and shredded zucchini.

    In another bowl mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, salt and baking soda.

    Combine the two bowls and mix together. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 375 for 10 mins. Enjoy!
