This is a lower sugar version of a classic Chocolate Chip Cookie. Soft and chewy, the kids won’t be able to resist.

Ingredients For world's best chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips, semisweet

How To Make world's best chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat the oven to 350°. Cream together the butter and sugar. Once this is light and fluffy and the wet ingredients one at a time and mix well at each addition.

    In a separate bowl mix together the all the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. Add to the wet mix in batches of three, mixing well between each addition.

    Once fully mixed fold in the chocolate chips. Place tablespoon sized scoops on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 12 minutes or until golden, remove from the oven let sit one minute and transfer to a rack to cool.
