Ingredients For whole wheat pumpkin cookies

2 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspeach: salt, cinnamon, nutmeg

1/4 tspground ginger

1 cdark brown sugar
-
1 ccanned pumpkin (not pie mix)

1/2 ccanola or other salad oil

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 craisins
-
1 cchopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans
How To Make whole wheat pumpkin cookies

1Mix soda, baking powder, salt and spices with flour. Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts until evenly mixed

2Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes.
