Ingredients For white chocolate pecan coconut macaroons

2 call purpose flour

1 1/4 stickbutter, (i use land o lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt)

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 1/2 cchopped pecans

1 pkgwhite chocolate chips

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 pinchsea salt
-
5 cshredded coconut
-
2 Tbspcoconut milk
How To Make white chocolate pecan coconut macaroons

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Cream together your sugars, coconut milk and butter

3Add baking soda, sea salt while mixing

4Slowly add in flour until incorporated. If batter gets too runny, just add a little more flour

5Add 3 cups of the coconut, the white chocolate chips and pecans

6form into balls and roll each ball in the rest of the coconut

7Bake at 350 degree oven for ten minutes
