This cookies my Husband loves! they remind him of Hawaii, thinking of a tropical paradise should be enough to put anyone in a good mood!but tasting these cookies will put a :)on your face!!!

Ingredients For white chocolate-macadamia nut cookie

  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    organic cane sugar
  • 2 lg
    organic brown eggs
  • 1 tsp
    kahlua
  • 2 c
    white lily ap flour
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    toasted macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 c
    toasted sweetened grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 c
    white chocolate chip or morsels

How To Make white chocolate-macadamia nut cookie

    preheat oven to 375 degreeF. Place butter, light brown sugar and cane sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. beat until fluffy. then add kahlua and eggs, one at a time mix well.

    in a bowl mix flour salt, baking powder, add to the wet mixture and beat at med speed, making sure you scrape sides of bowl.add the macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and white chocolate chips and mix for 15 seconds

    get out your cookie sheet line with parcment paper, using a 4oz ice cream scoop drop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet , about 2 inches apart. gently press down on the dough . Bake for about 15 min,or light brown around edges.

    let cool on cookie sheets for about 1 minute then transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
