Ingredients For white chocolate-macadamia nut cookie

1 stickbutter, room temperature

1 clight brown sugar

1 corganic cane sugar
-
2 lgorganic brown eggs
-
1 tspkahlua
-
2 cwhite lily ap flour
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1 ctoasted macadamia nuts
-
3/4 ctoasted sweetened grated coconut
-
1 1/2 cwhite chocolate chip or morsels
How To Make white chocolate-macadamia nut cookie

1preheat oven to 375 degreeF. Place butter, light brown sugar and cane sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. beat until fluffy. then add kahlua and eggs, one at a time mix well.

2in a bowl mix flour salt, baking powder, add to the wet mixture and beat at med speed, making sure you scrape sides of bowl.add the macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and white chocolate chips and mix for 15 seconds

3get out your cookie sheet line with parcment paper, using a 4oz ice cream scoop drop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet , about 2 inches apart. gently press down on the dough . Bake for about 15 min,or light brown around edges.

4let cool on cookie sheets for about 1 minute then transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
