Ingredients For white chocolate cookies

4 1/2 ozbutter, softened

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 lgegg, beaten

1 1/4 cself rising flour

pinchsalt

4 1/2 ozwhite chocolate, coarsley chopped

1/4 cbrazil nuts, chopped
How To Make white chocolate cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two cookie sheets. Beat the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add the beaten egg to the cookie batter, beating well after each addition.

2Sift the flour and salt into the cookie batter and blend well. Stir in the white chocolate chunks and the chopped nuts.

3Drop heaped teaspoons of the batter onto the cookie sheets. Do not put more than 6 teaspoons of the batter onto each sheet as they will spread during cooking.

4Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until just golden brown. Transfer the cookies to wire racks and let stand until completely cool.
