Ingredients For white chocolate and fresh cranberry cookies

2 1/4 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

1 cbutter at room temp

1large egg
-
1package white chocolate chips

2 tspgrated orange peel
-
2 cwhole fresh cranberries, finely chopped in a food processor
How To Make white chocolate and fresh cranberry cookies

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

2In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

3Cream butter and sugars together, then beat in the egg and orange peel. Gradually add dry ingredients until blended.

4Stir in chips and cranberries. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool on wire racks.

5Makes approximately 5 dozen.
