I love white Chocolate and caramel, these cookies are the perfect blend of two of my favorite flavors. I also add salted peanuts to send them over the top.

Ingredients For white chocolate and caramel cookies

1/2 cmargarine (imperial or parkay), softened

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 clight brown sugar

1 tspcaramel extract

2eggs
-
2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 pkgbutterscotch instant pudding (3.4 oz.)

1 cwhite chocolate chips
-
1 ckraft premium caramel bits

1/2 csalted peanuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make white chocolate and caramel cookies

1Cream together margarine, butter, sugars and caramel extract. Combine 1 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking soda, and pudding mix and add to wet mix and stir well. Then add the last 3/4 cup flour, stir until combined and add white chocolate chips, caramel bits, and peanuts.

2Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered in parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

3Remove pan from oven and let cookies sit on pan 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
