1/2 csugar

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 ccold vegan margarine

1 Tbspalmond or soymilk

1/2 Tbspwhite vinegar

1/2 cpeanut butter
How To Make vegan peanut butter cookies

1In large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt.

2In another bowl mix sugar, brown sugar and vegan margarine, cream together . Add soy or almond milk, vinegar and peanut butter.

3Mix all in flour mixture. Roll into balls and flatten crisscross with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
