Ingredients For vanishing oatmeal cookies

1 cmargarine or butter

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 and 1/2 call-purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3 cold-fashioned/quick oats
-
1 craisins or chocolate chips
How To Make vanishing oatmeal cookies

1Preheat over to 350 degrees.

2In mixing bowl, cream butter and both of the sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

3In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir or mix into the butter mixture. Then stir in the oats and the raisins/chocolate chips.

4Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.

5Bake for 10-12 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
