These cookies are the perfect treat to have friends over and simply enjoy with a cup of coffee which complements the combination of the intense flavor of vanilla bean with smooth chocolate, and that hint of espresso. Or, dunked in a big glass of milk...delicious!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Who doesn't love a good old chocolate chip cookie? The tender cookie is a little different and will leave everyone wondering what makes these special. This chocolate chip cookie has an intense vanilla flavor from the vanilla beans but it isn't overpowering. Espresso gives the cookie a hint of coffee flavor lingering in the undertones. Altogether, the flavors complement each other to create the perfect cookie.
