Ingredients For ultimate double chocolate chip cookies

1 1/4 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 cbutter flavored shortening

2 Tbspmilk

1 Tbspvanilla extract

1 lgegg

1 3/4 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

3/4 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips
How To Make ultimate double chocolate chip cookies

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2Combine brown sugar, shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.

3Beat egg into creamed mixture.

4Combine flour, salt, and backing soda. Mix into creamed mixture until just blended.

5Stir in chocolate chips, gently.

6Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart onto paper.

7Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies.

8Pull paper onto cooling rack or counter and allow cookies to cool completely. Pop off the paper and eat.
