These cookies are very soft because of the fresh strawberries but the flavor of those strawberries is what makes them so delicious and they just melt in your mouth. I've had several people tell me they are the best cookies they ever ate!!! When I make them again, I will post a picture. This recipe makes plenty of cookies to share.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

An unusual and delicious cookie recipe! The cookies are nice and moist thanks to the addition of fresh strawberries. They add a ton of flavor too. I really liked the white and milk chocolate chips in the cookie. I found myself sneaking "just one more" and think you will too.

How To Make tonna's strawberry cookies

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  • 2
Add cake mix, one box at a time, mixing until well combined.
  • 3
Stir in white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips by hand.
  • 4
Add strawberries and mix on low speed with mixer.
  • 5
Use cookie scoop or make into one inch round balls and place onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes - you don't want the cookies to brown at all!
  • 6
Let cookies cool on a baking sheet for several minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. These cookies are soft and a little sticky on the outside because of the fresh strawberries but they are soooooo good!
