These cookies are very soft because of the fresh strawberries, but the flavor of those strawberries is what makes them so delicious. They melt in your mouth. I've had several people tell me they are the best cookies they've ever eaten! This recipe makes plenty of cookies to share.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

An unusual and delicious strawberry cookie recipe. Combining chocolate chips and white chocolate chips is a nice complement to the chunks of fresh strawberries. This recipe makes a ton of cookies, so great if you're serving a crowd. We suggest making these the day you're going to enjoy them. They are delicious on the same day, but get soggy the longer they sit because of the fresh strawberries.
