My brother Tommy made these special treats every year at Christmas for his co-workers! He loved doing this for them. This recipe is a twist on the traditional peanut butter kiss cookies we all grew up with. My brother passed away in 2010. Today we fondly remember him in so many ways and this is just one more memory he left for us. I will be baking these soon and will post a photo then!
