Ingredients For toffee crunch cookies

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix with pudding, the two layer size
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups almond butter chips or heath candy pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make toffee crunch cookies

  • 1
    Mix the margarine, the cake mix and the eggs in a bowl. Stir in butter chips and the pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 5 dozen.
