I was making regular oatmeal cookies and decided to add a few things to make them more interesting. I looked through my cupboard and found dried cranberries and white chocolate and figured, why not? These are so good, it's hard not to eat more than just one.

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1-1/4 c
    quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 c
    stevia sweetener or sugar
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make the best oatmeal cookies.

    Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper down on baking sheets. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats, sugar and brown sugar.

    Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until blended well. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Shape dough into balls. Place 2" apart on cookie sheets.

    Bake 10-12 mins, or until edges are golden.
