3/4 cbutter or margarine, softened

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 3/4 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 ccoconut, flaked
-
2 cshredded zucchini
-
3/4 cwalnuts, chopped
- CINNAMON FROSTING:
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1 1/2 tspbutter or margarine, melted

1 tspvanilla extract
-
2 1/2 Tbspmilk
How To Make tennessee's zucchini bars

1BARS: Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13" pan. Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour & baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Stir in coconut, zucchini and walnuts. Spread evenly in a well greased 9 x 13" pan and bake on 350 for approximately 40 minutes. Frost while still warm.

2CINNAMON FROSTING: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Frost while warm and cut into bars.
