Great for Christmas, but I like to make them anytime of the year for special occasions..

Ingredients For tea time tassies
- SHELLS

3 ozcream cheese

1/2 cbutter, softened
-
1 cflour
- FILLING
-
1egg
-
3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspvanilla

1 Tbspbutter

2/3 cnuts of your choice, walnuts, pecans
How To Make tea time tassies

1blend shells ingredients and chill for 1 hour

2roll dough into small balls and press into shape in mini muffin pans

3stir filling ingredients together and spoon into shells about 3/4 full

4bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned....oven do vary
