taku glacier lodge ginger cookies
(2 ratings)
In 2007, we took a cruise to Alaska and we were fortunate enough to take a float plane to the Taku Glacier Lodge in Juneau. Salmon is grilled over an open alderwood fire and these cookies were served for dessert. They are to die for! Want to go over the top...take 2 cookies and put ice cream between them to make a Ginger Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich!
