Ingredients For sugar free vegan carrot cake balls

  • 3/4 c
    pitted dates
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c
    raw pecans
  • 2/3 c
    carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 8 oz
    vegan cream cheese such as follow your heart

How To Make sugar free vegan carrot cake balls

  • 1
    Put all ingredients except the vegan cream cheese into a food processor and blend together.
  • 2
    Roll the mixture into balls and gently press your thumb into each ball to create an indentation. Place vegan cream cheese into this indentation on each bite.
