These cookies are the best I have ever eaten. Everyone is always after me to make them. My husband does not like chocolate but he puts these away pretty fast.

Ingredients For soft & chewy chocolate chip cookies

2-1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 cbutter, softened

3/4 cpacked brown sugar

1/4 cwhite sugar

1-(3.4oz)package instant vanilla pudding mix

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips.

1 cchopped walnuts (optional)
How To Make soft & chewy chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. SIFT flour and baking soda. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar. and white sugar.Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Then stir in the chocolate chips. drop rounded spoonfuls onto to an ungreased cookie sheet. (I use parchment paper)

3Bake approx 8 minutes, Remove when you just see light brown on the edge.
