Ingredients For snow bars

1/2 cbutter

1/2 csugar
-
2eggs, lightly beaten

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cminiature marshmallows

1/2 ccoconut
-
2 cvanilla wafer crumbs
- FROSTING

4 ozcream cheese,softened

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar
How To Make snow bars

1In a saucepan; melt butter, add sugar, lightly beaten eggs and coconut. Cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool. Add remaining ingredients, spread in a 9 inch pan and chill.

2When cool, frost with cream cheese icing.

3Icing: Blend the cream cheese, butter and vanilla, beat till smooth and creamy. Mix in the confectioners' sugar, more if needed for desired consistency. **** Prep time includes cooling time.
