Ingredients For snow ball cookies

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces or walntes
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar

How To Make snow ball cookies

    Heat oven to 325*f
  • 2
    In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except the powdered sugar)mix well on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes scraping the sides of the bowl several times.

    I spoon enough dough into my (clean) hands and roll into small balls.

    Place one inch apart on a non greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 25 minutes or a light golden brown on the bottom of cookie. These cookies break easy when hot so you have to be careful when checking.

    cool on a wire rack when cool roll in powdered sugar and then roll one more time after cookies are really cooled off. ENJOY
