  • 2 c
    soft shortening (part oleo)
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 5 1/2 c
    flour
  • 4 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • MIXTURE FOR ROLLING COOKIES:
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients; chill dough. Form into walnut sized balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 min at 350 degrees.
