Ingredients For snickerdoodle bars

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp
    cinnamon, divided
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar--1 box
  • 8 oz
    pkg. cream cheese, softened

How To Make snickerdoodle bars

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9-inch pan. Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, melted butter and 2 T. cinnamon. Spread in bottom of pan. In a second bowl, beat with electric mixer, powdered sugar, 2 more eggs, cream cheese and remaining 2 T. cinnamon until smooth. Spread on top of crust mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes, until edges are brown and center is set. Makes 4-6 servings.
