How To Make s'more cookies please
-
1In a bowl, mix oats, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. stir together and set aside. (Here's where I used my spray oil and sprayed the inside of a quart bag and sprayed my spatula and emptied the marshmallow cream into the bag)
-
2In another bowl beat butter with electric mixer 30 seconds then beat in brown and granulated sugars till completely blended and smooth. Add in eggs beating after each one. Then add milk and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour mixture as you can, stirring in any remaining with a wooden spoon. It says to chill for 1-4 hours but I didn't and they turned out fine.
-
3Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.( i used my small cookie scoop and lined my pan with parchment paper) Bake at 375 for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
-
4Using the back of a teaspoon measure, make an indentation in the top of each cookie. Pipe one (1) teaspoon creme into the center of each cookie and push a chocolate candy into the creme point side down. RETURN the cookies to the oven and bak 2 - 3 minutes more. Cool on cookie sheets then move to racks to cool completely. (with my small cookie scoop I got 45 cookies and ran out of creme)
