I got this recipe from a Borden Eagle Brand flyer from the 40's. It was in some things I got from my grandmother. These are amazing cookies if you like soft and chewy and almost like candy! I made them often when my kids were growing up.

Ingredients For six way cookies

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1/2 cpeanut butter
- ADD ONE OR TWO OF THE FOLLOWING.

1 cchocolate chips
-
2 craisins
-
3 cshredded coconut
-
2 cbran or corn flakes
-
1 cchopped nuts
-
2 cchopped dates
How To Make six way cookies

1Mix milk and peanut until well blended. Add one (I always did 2) of the other ingredients.

2Drop by spoonfuls on the cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown.

3Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool and eat.

4I usually ended up using the chocolate chips and corn flakes. I would be willing to try more ingredients but just using less of each. These really are good.
