  In a bowl stir together the flour,baking soda, baking powder.

  In a large bowl "cream" the butter and the sugar with a mixer until smooth and pale in color, add the egg and vanilla.

  with a spatula blend in the flour mixture, until creamy and well combined.

  with a tablespoon make balls and place on a cookie sheet, spacing apart, press each one gently and combine the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle each one...bake at 350 for about 12 mins. or until light golden brown... let cool and ENJOY.
