scott's soccer practice bars
This recipe came off a bag of sugar a few years ago. They have healthy ingredients and taste good too! My husband Scott was a kids' soccer coach several years before I saw this recipe, but the name is just a coincidence and I've never made them for an actual sports team. :)

Ingredients For scott's soccer practice bars

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 csugar

1egg

1/3 cpeanut butter

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 cflour
-
1 coatmeal, uncooked

1 pkgchocolate chips
- ICING

1/2 cpowdered sugar

2 Tbsppeanut butter

2 Tbspmilk
How To Make scott's soccer practice bars

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Cream butter and sugars.

3Add egg and peanut butter and mix well.

4Stir in baking soda, salt, flour, and ostmeal.

5Press into a 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

6Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

7Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over bars.

8Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
