Ingredients For scotcharoos

  • 1 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 6 c
    crisp rice cereal
  • 1/2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make scotcharoos

    Butter a 9x13 baking pan. (set aside)

    In a large pan mix, corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter. cook over medium heat stirring untill peanut butter melts.

    Bring mixture to a bowl, stir in cereal, transfer mixture into pan, with ur hands pat it down into pan.

    In a medium pan over medium-low heat...melt both chocolate and butterscotch chips intill smooth, spread over top og bars and let cool. cut into squares.

    Eat and Enjoy!
