Ingredients For salted caramel cookies

2 stickimperial margarine

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 clight brown sugar

1 tsppure vanilla extract

2eggs

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
-
1 pkginstant vanilla pudding (3.4oz box)

1 ckraft premium caramel bits, and additional for top of cookies

kosher salt
How To Make salted caramel cookies

1Cream together margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

2Add 1 1/2 cup flour, pudding mix,salt and baking soda and mix well. Then add last 3/4 cups flour, stir until combined and add caramel bits.

3Scoop cookies by tablespoonfuls, dip in small dish of Kosher salt and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Then ad one or two caramel bits to top of each cookie as desired.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 3 to 4 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
