Ingredients For salted caramel chocolate chip cookies

2 1/4 ccake flour

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 1/4 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 1/2 stickunsalted butter softened

1 1/2 cbrown sugar
-
3/4 cgranulated sugar
-
2eggs at room temperature
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
24 ozjumbo semi sweet chocolate chips
-
30caramels (cut into 4 pieces)

6 ozchopped walnuts (if desired)

coarse sea salt
How To Make salted caramel chocolate chip cookies

1Sift together Cake flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
Use a mixer and cream butter, brown sugar and sugar together until fluffy
Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time -
2Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Stir in chocolate chips, caramels and walnuts ( I put all in a big bowl and mix together before adding to the batter)
Press plastic wrap onto the dough in the bowl and refrigerate for an hour -
3Pre heat oven to 350
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Roll dough into golf ball size pieces
Press the top of the ball down just a little and sprinkle lightly with sea salt and bake for 10-15 minutes - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
