2 1/2 ccrushed vanilla wafers

1 cground pecans

1 cconfectioners' sugar

2 Tbspplus 2 tsp. baking cocoa

1/4 crum

3 Tbsphoney
-
2 Tbspwater

add'l confectioners' sugar and/or crushed vanilla wafers
How To Make rum balls

1In a large bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, pecans, confectioners' sugar and cocoa.

2Combine the rum, honey, and water and stir into the crumb mixture.

3Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in additional confectioners' sugar and/or wafer crumbs.

4Store in an airtight container.
