I found this recipe in my Campbell cookbook cooking with soup. I love this cookbook. The cookies were very moist and good. They had a nip of spice taste to them and were a hit with my hubby.

Ingredients For rosy rock cookies

1 1/2 cflour

1 1/3 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspallspice, ground

1 cshortening
-
1egg
-
1 cancondensed tomato soup

2 cuncooked rolled oats

1 cseedless raisins

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make rosy rock cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients except oats, raisins and walnuts. In mixer add shortening, egg, and soup. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly. Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts.

2Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 15 minutes until lightly browned.
