2 3 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 cunsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1egg
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspalmond extract
How To Make roll-out cookies

1Preheat oven to 370*.

2In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

3In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Do not chill dough.

4Divide dough into 2 balls. On floured surface, roll each ball into a circle approximately 12" diameter and 1/8" thick. Dip cookie cutter in flour before each use.

5Bake cookies on parchment paper lined sheets 6-7 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
