reese peanut butter bars aka buckeye bars

This is a recipe I noted I made in Dec 2004. I had lost it for a while, so glad I found it again!

method Refrigerate/Freeze

Ingredients For reese peanut butter bars aka buckeye bars

  • 1 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter (i use jif)
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 12 oz
    chocolate chips

How To Make reese peanut butter bars aka buckeye bars

  • 1
    Mix graham crackers and powdered sugar. Add peanut butter and melted butter. When well mixed, pat into bottom of well buttered 9x13. Melt chips. Spread on top. Refrigerate 10-15 min, then cut into small squares. Return to fridge until serving.
