Ingredients For red velvet white chocolate chip cookies

1 1/2 call purpose flour

2 1/2 Tbspcocoa powder

1 tspcornstarch

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

1 tspwhite vinegar
-
1 lgegg
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 tspred food coloring drops

3/4 cwhite chocolate chips, divided
How To Make red velvet white chocolate chip cookies

1preheat oven to 375. in a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda and salt, set aside.

2add butter and sugar to the bowl of a electric stand mixer.

3pour vinegar over mixture and blend mixture on medium speed about 4 minutes, until pale and fluffy.

4add egg mix until combined. add vanilla and food coloring and mix until blended.

5slowly add in dry ingredients and mix just until combined. mix in white chocolate chips.

6drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered lined cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven 9-11 minutes.

7allow to cool several minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool. store cookies in airtight container.

8if you are going for a fancy look and want more of the white chocolate chips to show through, then pour in half of the white chocolate chips into dough and reserve the other half.

9then when you place to dough balls on the cookie sheet, add about 4-5 chips to the top of each one gently pressing them into the dough being careful not to flatten the dough ball.
