Ingredients For raspberry kiss surprise pb chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/4 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips, mini
  • 24
    hershey raspberry hugs (kisses)

How To Make raspberry kiss surprise pb chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. & line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat liner.

    In a stand or electric mixer beat the butter & sugars for 3 minutes. This is a must. Add peanut butter, egg & vanilla mixing until well combined. Add flour baking soda, salt & chocolate chips, mixing to combine.

    Place heaping Tbsp of dough onto baking sheet, about 1" apart. Place a Kiss/Hug on top of each mound of dough. Place another heaping Tbsp of dough over Kiss/Hug & with fingers press dough around edges to seal. Does not have to be perfect or tight. Bake for 14 - 16 minutes or until baked through. Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to cooling rack. Serve & enjoy!
