Ingredients For raspberry fudge balls

1 c( 6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1 pkg( 8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cfinely crushed vanilla wafers ( about 25 wafers)

1/4 cseedless raspberry jam

3/4 cfinely chopped almonds
How To Make raspberry fudge balls

1In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

2In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and melted chocolate until smooth and blended. Stir in wafer crumbs and jam. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Shape into 1 - in. balls; roll in almonds. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
